This page explains Volnify's current pilot scope and the terms of workspace use.

Service scope
Volnify provides brands with a workspace for store records, authorised WhatsApp conversations, campaign drafts and usage tracking. Accounts are created by the Volnify team. Available features vary by plan and connection status.
The current version is a controlled pilot. Automated cart and new-member messages, bulk campaign sending and verified sales attribution are not yet generally available. Saving a draft or selecting a pilot contact does not send a message.
Accounts and authorisation
Only connect store and WhatsApp accounts you are authorised to use. Protect your login details and report suspected unauthorised access to support. Attempting to access another brand's data or bypass service access controls is not permitted.
Communication consent
The necessary authorisations must be obtained for the message purpose, recipient selection, communication consent and content. Opt-out requests must be honoured. WhatsApp use is subject to Meta's current terms, template approvals and account rules. Volnify does not guarantee delivery, reads, sales or approval by Meta.
Plans and fees
Service scope, plan limits and fees are agreed separately during setup. This website has no online purchasing or automatic billing. Whether Meta messaging fees and third-party costs are included in the plan is explained separately. Assigning a plan does not automatically complete external service authorisation.
Service changes
Connection-provider outages, revoked permissions or account restrictions may affect features. Plan duration and module entitlements may limit access. Access may be reviewed or suspended when security or the terms of use are affected.
Privacy and leaving the service
Data use is explained in the privacy notice. Account closure or data deletion requests can be submitted using the deletion instructions. Visiting this website does not, by itself, start a paid subscription.
