This notice explains the information processed through the Volnify website and workspace.

What information is processed?

• Brand and user accounts: business name, account email, role, plan and access records.
• Authorised store connections: member contact details, registration dates, cart and order records, and relevant consent information available in the source system.
• Authorised WhatsApp connections: message content, supported images, contact identifiers, and send, delivery, read or error records.
• Account usage, support, administrative actions and financial tracking records within the scope of the service.

How is it used?

Information is processed to operate accounts, display store records and authorised conversations, prepare drafts and pilots, provide usage reports and support, and secure access. Being registered with a store or giving email/SMS consent is not automatically treated by Volnify as consent to WhatsApp marketing.

The roles of the brand and Volnify

The store determines the information it collects from its customers and the purposes of communication. Volnify facilitates processing within the service authorised by the brand. Requests concerning purchases or marketing consent with a store should also be addressed to that brand.

Service providers and access

Meta is used for WhatsApp connections, and Railway for application and database hosting. Required records are obtained from the authorised store platform. These services may use international infrastructure; there is no commitment that data is stored exclusively in Türkiye. Service providers process information under their own terms.

Customer accounts are restricted to their own brand. Authorised Volnify administrators can access the data needed for setup, support and service management. Support and reporting roles have additional scope restrictions.

Protection and retention

Login access controls, transport security and encryption of sensitive content fields are used. No method guarantees absolute security. Account, store and message records are retained to operate the service and preserve necessary transaction history; a general policy that automatically deletes all records after a set period has not yet been implemented. Closing an account does not automatically delete its data.

The image cache is limited to 30 days; expiry checks and cleanup are applied when media is accessed. The scope of a deletion request, records that may need to be retained by law, and the status of any backups are explained when the request is assessed.

Cookies

Necessary session cookies are used when logging in to the workspace. Necessary preference cookies remember your language choice; the customer panel language is also saved to your account. No advertising pixels or third-party visitor analytics have been added to the marketing pages.
